Your role is to bridge the gap between artists and programmers, ensuring that asset quality and performance are in symphony. Navigating technical constraints and establishing best practices along the game’s lifecycle comes easy to you. You enjoy talking to people, creating and optimizing pipelines and are eager to push our engine to the next level.

You are:

You will:
-Become a member of both art and engine teems
-Communicate and drive the constraints of the engine while emphasizing visual quality of the game
-Ensure our DCC pipeline can push out the highest quality
-Make the promise of a beautiful game running at 4k 60FPS a reality

Your specs:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital art content creation pipeline, ideally in the video game industry
-Keen eye for Art (proportion, color, composition)
-Professional experience as a technical artist/tools programmer.
-Deep understanding of digital art content creation tools (Autodesk Maya, 3DS Max, Photoshop)
-Experienced in a full digital art content creation pipeline as well as optimizing them for gameplay purposes
-Experienced in developing custom tools for Digital Content Creation tools
-Knowledge of high level coding languages (Python, MaxScript)
-Shader development and optimization in a 3D modelling package and/or game engine is a plus
