-Channel and support communication between departments and our external partners. This includes the hosting of meetings, establishing of workflows and change management processes.
-Create, control and manage tasks in order to ensure timely milestone deliveries.
-Communicate and visualize the project goals and status to the team.
-Work together with our programming team on our in-house engine and editor
-Define the roadmap for our in-house engine in close collaboration with the other departments
-Schedule tasks and milestones for the programming team and monitor the progress
-Create, Update and ensure performance and content creation guidelines exist for the engine as the facilitator
-Ensure Documentation is kept up to date and accessible for others
-Ensure Staffing plans and needs are clearly communicated
-3+ years professional experience in the field of game production, with an emphasis on task planning and controlling.
-Proficient in spoken and written English.
-Experience in development and release of premium games for Microsoft Xbox One, Sony Playstation 4, and PC.
-Knowledge in usage and administration of issue tracking tools, e.g. Atlassian Jira.
-Understanding of agile development methods are a plus.
-Strong technical understanding and background.
