For the first time ever, Keen is building a team to self-publish our next title. Get in on the ground floor and help us build this team!

As Social Media Manager, we are looking for someone to join our team and help build our brands on multiple social media platforms from the ground-up for Keen Games next big unannounced project. You’ll lead, create and execute innovative campaigns that result in growth in followers and engagement whilst creating strong brand awareness in both existing and new audiences.

Your key responsibilities are to develop and create all social media and community management strategies in collaboration with the publishing team. Develop and create all social media content, calendars and posting with online communities. Monitor accounts and community management, engaging with followers in line with brand/product management marketing guidelines. Plan and manage paid campaigns. Analyse and understand social media analytics such as audience research, competitor research and benchmarking. You will work with social marketing metric tools and regularly produce analytics reports. You will also assist the Influencer Marketing Manager to find, build and maintain relationship with influencers. Strong communication skills in English are a must, fluency in any additional language is a plus. You may be occasionally required to travel to participate in game events and conventions.

This position can be fully remote (occasional trip may be required), hybrid or full time office in Frankfurt.
