Du bist in der Gaming-Welt, auf Discord-Servern und Social-Media-Plattformen zu Hause und möchtest mit deinen Ideen den Auftritt von Nitrado mitgestalten? Bei uns warten spannende Aufgaben und Projekte auf dich!

Deine Aufgaben 

• Du verwaltest den Nitrado Discord-Server sowie das Discord-Moderatoren-Team.
• Du bist präsent und aktiv in den Discord-Kanälen, interagierst mit der Community und stellst sicher, dass die Nutzer:innen über Ankündigungen und Community-Events auf dem Laufenden gehalten werden.
• Du entwickelst Inhalte und Strategien, um die Community aktiv und engagiert zu halten und sie weiter auszubauen.
• Du arbeitest mit dem Marketing-Team zur Bewerbung des Discord-Servers im Rahmen von Marketingmaßnahmen zusammen.
• Du interagierst mit der Nitrado-Community auf allen Social-Media-Kanälen und repräsentierst die Marke in der Öffentlichkeit.
• Du planst Minecraft-Events für die Community sowie für die Business-Kundinnen und Kunden und bist für ihre erfolgreiche Durchführung verantwortlich.
• Du erstellst regelmäßige Reports und überwachst die Ergebnisse.

Dein Profil

• Du sprichst Deutsch auf C2 Niveau und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und dem Aufbau von Discord-Communities.
• Du hast ein technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung mit Discord-Servern (insbesondere Discord-Tools und -Features).
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Community- und Social-Media-Plattformen.
• Du hast Affinität und Kenntnisse im Kernbereich Minecraft sowie Minecraft-Events.
• Du kombinierst Kreativität mit einem Qualitätsverständnis.
• Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um auch schwierige Situationen zu meistern.
• Du zeichnest dich durch selbständiges Arbeiten und Eigeninitiative aus.

We are looking for a Community Manager (m/f/x) to support our marketing team.
You are at home in the gaming world, on Discord servers and social media platforms and would like to help shape Nitrado’s appearance with your ideas? Exciting tasks and projects are waiting for you with us!

Your mission

• You manage the Nitrado Discord server and the Discord moderator’s team.
• You are present and active within the Discord channels and you engage with the community to ensure that users are kept up to date on announcements and community events.
• You develop content and strategies to keep the community active, engaged and growing.
• You work with the Marketing team to promote the Discord-server in marketing efforts.
• You interact with the Nitrado community on all Social Media channels and represent the brand to the public.
• You plan Minecraft events for the community and business customers and are responsible for their successful execution.
• You prepare regular reports and monitor the analytics.

Your profile

• You speak German at C2 level and have very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You are experienced in managing and growing Discord communities.
• You have a technical understanding as well as experience with Discord servers (especially Discord tools and features).
• You have a good knowledge of community and social media platforms.
• You have affinity and knowledge in the core area of Minecraft and Minecraft events.
• You combine creativity with an understanding of quality.
• You have strong communication skills to master even difficult questions.
• You are able to work independently and you take initiative.
