We are looking for a Head of Content (m/f/x) to join our team and lead our content strategy, creation, and distribution efforts across all channels and markets. As Head of Content (m/f/x), you will oversee all content creation and distribution efforts, including written, visual, and multimedia content, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality execution.

 

Your mission

• You develop and implement a global content strategy that supports Nitrado’s business goals and brand values.
• You lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content across all channels and markets, including written, visual, and multimedia content.
• You manage a team of content creators, including writers, designers, animators, video editors, social media managers, and streamers.
• You establish and maintain content production processes and standards that ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• You monitor and analyze content performance metrics to inform future content strategies and optimizations.
• You stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and innovations to the team.

 

Your profile

• You have at least 6 years of experience in content marketing or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the content creation process for each sub-department: Animation, Graphic Design, Content Writing, Video Editing, and Social Media.
• You are experienced in using Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and illustrator.
• You have a good understanding of Blender and Maya, along with the processes involved in 3D animation.
• You are able to write SEO-driven content along with an understanding of technical SEO.
• You are experienced in using WordPress.
• You have a proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that align with business goals and brand values.
• You are experienced in leading and developing a team of content creators.
• You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform content strategies and optimizations.
• You ideally are passionate about gaming and have a deep understanding of the server hosting industry.

Dein Profil

• Du hast mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Content Marketing oder in verwandten Bereichen, davon mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Führungsposition.
• Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des Prozesses zur Erstellung von Inhalten für die einzelnen Unterabteilung: Animation, Grafikdesign, Content Writing, Videobearbeitung und soziale Medien.
• Du hast Erfahrung in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro und Illustrator.
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Blender und Maya sowie für die Abläufe in der 3D-Animation.
