About Us:
Treibrad Games is developing Baugarten (https://baugarten.game), a unique game that blends math, science, and adventure in a way that feels natural and immersive. Our goal is to create a gaming experience that’s genuinely enjoyable, with learning elements woven into the gameplay for those who choose to explore them.

We’re seeking a Community Manager to help build a dedicated player community around Baugarten while it’s in development. You’ll be responsible for managing our social media presence, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with our team to create engaging content that excites and involves our audience.

Responsibilities:
§  Build and nurture a community centered around Baugarten’s combination of gaming, math, and science.
§  Collect feedback and ideas from players to help shape the game’s direction.
§  Manage all social media channels and drive Treibrad Games’ online presence (Discord, Twitter, etc.).
§  Work closely with our artists and designers to create community-driven content.
§  Develop creative strategies to grow the community (currently 2k newsletter sub-scribers).

Requirements:
§  2+ years of experience in community management, particularly in building and engaging new communities.
§  Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
§  Strong skills in managing social media platforms (Discord, Reddit, Twitter, etc.).
§  Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in math or science topics.

Nice to Have:
§  Experience working with user-generated content or in gaming communities.
§  Familiarity with educational or science-based media.
