SOCIAL VR GAME MARKETING MANAGER (d/f/m)!

K5 Factory as part of the K5 Media Group based in Munich is specialized on high-end state-of-the-art AR/VR applications for Games & Gamification, Metaverse and Immersive Experience.

Your Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social VR Game Marketing Manager to join our team. As our Social VR Game Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our social virtual reality games. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that our games are marketed effectively and reach their target audience. If you are a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social VR games and marketing, you could be the one!

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plan for social VR games
• Analyze market trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth
• Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities
• Create compelling content to drive user acquisition and engage users
• Collaborate with development team to ensure marketing strategies align with game design and development
• Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms (esp. Tiktok, Reddit, Discord, Twitter)
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and media outlets

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing of video games or related industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Passion for gaming and VR
