SERU Animation studio is looking for a talented, creative and dedicated compositing artist (m/w/d) for our upcoming 2D series. The position is full-time from November 2024 until the end of November 2025.

If you have strong technical skills in compositing, a keen eye for details and love to share and develop your artistic and technical skills, you are the perfect candidate to work in our team

Responsibilities:

– Composite multiple layers of animation, including characters, backgrounds, effects, and props
– Implement color correction and grading to achieve the desired look and feel of the final frames, in accordance with the project’s artistic direction
– Maintain organized project files and adhere to production deadlines
– Work closely with the animation director, compositing supervisor, and other team members to understand the creative vision and technical requirements of the project

About you:

– Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling
– Previous experience as a compositing artist in animation or film
– Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects compositing tools
– Experience in TV-series productions is an advantage

Work Location:

Ideally, you should be on-site at our studio in Hannover or Ludwigsburg, but remote work is also possible.
