“Dungeon Full Dive” is TTRPG video game for PC and VR, developed by TxK Gaming Studios, a german startup based in Cologne/Dusseldorf. With Dungeon Full Dive, we want to revolutionize the way fantasy RPGs and virtual tabletop is played.

As a Game Programmer on our team, you will be a hands-on programmer, being able to make a strong contribution to the overall project. In this role, you will work on every aspect of the game, from engine and game logic to developer tools.

You have a direct influence on what ends up in our players’ hands and as a key developer of a small, talented dev team, you will bring to life the vision of the game.

Tasks

• Work on the game logic as well as the backend for Dungeon Full Dive
• Create clean, efficient, and readable code
• Analyze and understand game design to define requirements for features to be developed. – suggest improvements whenever necessary by designing and implementing new features or modifying existing features-
• Work with game designers and fellow programmers to conceptualize all the functionalities of DFD
• Design, implement, test, and document the technical aspects of features for DFD
• Optimize & profile code and the game together with your peers
• Identify and resolve bugs identified by you and your peers.

Requirements

• Experienced in PC game development, at least one publicly available reference project
• Experienced with Unity 3D
• Excellent knowledge of C#
• Knowledge of good software engineering practices, design patterns, and software architecture
• Interest and ability to learn and grow
• Passion for video games and technology
• Fluent in either English or German
